Mr Priniotakis was producing 100 kilos of phyllo doughby hand per day. This delicious paste's secret was transmitted since 3 generations in the family. In 1977, his daughter Antonia took the know-how, and in the Nineties she transmitted it to her son.

The phyllo dough's demand was only increasing and fort of this experience in this field, Mr.Tsellos Nicolas went in Greece to study the market and visited the biggest industrial companies. There, he chose the last technology in term of production of dough. When he come back in Belgium, he started his own company "Au Blé d'Or"
